Our project management service offers to our clients the opportunity to be their own general contractor on their projects ranging from new construction to remodeling. The expertise of our company will help in obtaining building plans either through a licensed architect or stock plans from various sources. We will provide land inspections to make sure your home or addition will fit within the set parameters, help in hiring sub-trades and obtaining their estimates, collect estimates from suppliers, schedule all inspections, monitor progress of project, work with architects, engineers, city, county and state governing agencies, and coordinate schedules for a timely completion date.

We work with the owner and design professionals by providing construction leadership, administration and management services. We work throughout the various phases of the project (planning, design & construction) and cooperate with engineers, architects & the local agencies to see that the project runs smoothly, on time and most important within budget parameters.

DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING

We provide site selection and pre-construction services including rezoning (if need be), environmental evaluations, site cost analysis, site design (in the case of sub-divisions), and coordination of building cost estimates.
